A Phase 1/1b Multiple Cohort Trial of ALTA3263 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors With KRAS Mutations

This study is testing a new experimental drug called ALTA3263 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change known as a KRAS mutation. Researchers want to learn about the safety of this drug and find the right dose to help patients with cancers like lung, pancreatic, and colorectal cancer.

You may be able to join if you have an advanced solid tumor with a confirmed KRAS mutation that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. Additionally, your standard treatments may have stopped working or you chose not to receive them, and your vital organs are working well.

Participants will receive the study drug, and depending on the trial plan, may also receive standard treatments like chemotherapy or immunotherapy. Doctors will closely monitor your health, safety, and how your body responds to the treatments throughout the study.

This study is currently recruiting participants at locations in Orlando, Florida, and Boston, Massachusetts. Your care team will guide you through the exact steps and visit schedules at these centers.
