A Phase 1/2, Open-label, Multicenter, Dose-escalation, and Dose-Optimization Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, and Activity of EIK1004 (IMP1707) as Monotherapy in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors

This study is testing an experimental drug called EIK1004 (IMP1707) to see if it is safe and effective for people with specific types of advanced cancers. It is designed to help researchers find the best dose of this new medication for patients whose cancer has certain genetic mutations.

This trial is for people with advanced breast, ovarian, prostate, or pancreatic cancer that has certain gene mutations. You may also be eligible if you have cancer that has spread to the brain, provided it is stable or does not need urgent treatment.

As a participant, you will receive the experimental drug while doctors closely monitor your health and how your cancer responds. You will have regular check-ups to ensure the drug is safe for you and to track its impact on your condition.

The study is currently recruiting patients at medical centers in Denver, Colorado; Lake Mary, Florida; and Boston, Massachusetts. Please speak with your doctor to see if one of these locations is an option for you.
