A First-in-human Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability and Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics and Preliminary Clinical Activity of BAY 3713372, a Novel 2nd Generation PRMT5 Inhibitor, in Participants With MTAP-deleted Solid Tumors.

This study is testing a new experimental drug called BAY 3713372, designed to specifically target and kill cancer cells that are missing a gene called MTAP. Researchers hope this approach will successfully treat these solid tumors while leaving healthy cells alone.

You may be eligible if you are 18 or older, live an active lifestyle, and have a solid tumor that testing has confirmed is missing the MTAP gene. You must also be able to have your tumor measured accurately by standard imaging scans.

You will receive the study drug while doctors closely monitor your health through regular blood tests, heart checks, and imaging scans like CTs or MRIs. The team will start with smaller doses to ensure safety, gradually moving to larger groups to see how well the treatment works.

This study is currently recruiting participants at locations in Birmingham, Alabama, and Duarte and Los Angeles, California. You will have regular check-ins throughout the treatment and follow-up visits after the study ends.
