This trial is for patients aged 3 to 25 with recurring brain tumors, or patients aged 26 to 39 with a specific genetic tumor type known as H3 G34-mutant. Candidates must be eligible for surgery to remove the tumor and meet specific physical size requirements.
Participants will undergo surgery to remove as much of the tumor as possible, during which the gene therapy will be administered, followed by a course of antiviral medication. Throughout the study, you will have regular check-ups, including blood tests and MRI scans to monitor your health and how the tumor is responding.
The study is currently recruiting patients and is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, United States.
