A Phase 1/2, Multicenter, Open-Label Study to Evaluate Safety, Tolerability & Antitumor Activity of TNG462 in Combination With Other Agents in Patients With Pancreatic Cancer With MTAP Loss and Pancreatic or Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer With MTAP Loss & RAS Mutation

This clinical trial is testing a new cancer medicine called TNG462, given along with other cancer drugs or chemotherapy, to see how safe it is and how well it fights cancer. It is for people with advanced pancreatic cancer or non-small cell lung cancer that have specific genetic changes, like the loss of the MTAP gene.

You may be able to join if you are 18 or older, are well enough to do daily activities, and have a confirmed diagnosis of pancreatic or lung cancer with the specific MTAP gene loss. Certain groups also need to have a RAS gene mutation, and you cannot have taken certain similar targeted drugs in the past.

Participants will receive the study medication, which includes the new drug TNG462 combined with other targeted therapies or standard chemotherapy. Doctors will closely monitor your health, side effects, and how your tumor responds to the treatment throughout the study.
