This trial is for adults (18+) with solid tumors that have a specific protein called EGFR and cannot be removed by surgery. Participants must be able to perform daily light activities and be free of certain chronic infections like HIV, Hepatitis, or active Epstein-Barr virus.
You will receive either the new drug alone or in combination with pembrolizumab. Doctors will closely monitor your safety and check how well your tumor responds to the treatment using regular medical imaging like CT or MRI scans.
