A PHASE 1b/2, OPEN-LABEL, MULTICOHORT STUDY OF DISITAMAB VEDOTIN IN ADULTS WITH HER2 EXPRESSING ADVANCED BREAST CANCER
This study is testing a new medication called disitamab vedotin to see if it is safe and effective for treating advanced breast cancer. This medicine is a 'targeted therapy,' which means it acts like a homing missile to deliver chemotherapy directly to cancer cells while trying to spare healthy ones.
This trial is for adults with advanced breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. You must have specific levels of a protein called HER2 on your tumor cells and have already tried other treatments for your cancer.
Participants will receive the medication through an IV drip at the clinic every two weeks. You will continue treatment as long as it is working for you and you are feeling okay, with regular follow-up visits and phone calls to monitor your health.
