A Phase 1/2, First-in-human Study to Assess the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Antitumor Activity of AVZO-023 as a Single Agent, and in Combination With AVZO-021 and/or Endocrine Therapy in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

This study is testing a new oral medication called AVZO-023 to see if it is safe and effective for treating certain types of advanced breast cancer. It works by blocking a protein called CDK4, which can help stop cancer cells from growing and dividing.

This trial is looking for adults over 18 with advanced breast cancer that is hormone-receptor-positive and HER2-negative. You must be in generally good physical condition and have had certain standard treatments, but you must not have previously used other CDK-targeted therapies.

Participants will take the study medication, either alone or in combination with other hormone therapies, while being closely monitored by a medical team. You will have regular check-ups, blood tests, and scans to see how your body handles the medication and how well the treatment works against the cancer.
