A Phase 2/3 Randomized Study to Evaluate the Safety, Efficacy, and Optimal Dose of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan in Combination With Osimertinib as First-Line Treatment in Patients With Locally Advanced Unresectable or Metastatic EGFR-Mutated Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

This study is testing a new experimental medicine called telisotuzumab adizutecan combined with a standard cancer pill called osimertinib. Researchers want to see if this new combination works better than the current standard treatment for people with a specific type of lung cancer known as EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer.

This study is looking for adults who have been diagnosed with advanced lung cancer and are active enough to perform daily tasks. You must be willing to provide a tissue sample and have a measurable tumor to be considered for participation.

Participants will receive their treatment at a clinic and be closely monitored through regular blood tests, scans, and health questionnaires to check how the medicine is working. You will visit the doctor frequently, and it is important to know that this trial may involve more check-ups and time commitment than receiving standard care alone.

The study is currently recruiting patients at approximately 200 medical centers worldwide, including locations in Arizona and California. It is expected to run for about 76 months in total.
