A Phase I Open-label, Multicenter Study to Evaluate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Activity of AUBE00 in Patients With Solid Tumors

This study is testing a new experimental drug called AUBE00 to see if it is safe and effective for people with solid tumors, such as lung, breast, or colon cancer. It is a 'first-in-human' trial, which means researchers are taking the first steps to see how this new treatment works in patients.

This study is for adults over 18 whose cancer has a specific genetic change called a KRAS mutation. It is generally for those who have already tried standard cancer treatments that are no longer working or are unavailable.

Participants will receive the experimental drug AUBE00, sometimes combined with a targeted therapy called Cetuximab. You will be closely monitored by a medical team to track your health, how your body processes the medicine, and how your tumor responds to the treatment.

The study is currently recruiting patients at medical centers in Grand Rapids, Michigan; Houston, Texas; and Kashiwa, Japan. You can talk to your doctor to see if one of these locations is an option for you.
