This study is testing a new treatment called obecabtagene autoleucel (obe-cel) for adults with a high-risk type of leukemia. The goal is to see if this therapy can help keep the cancer in remission after an initial round of treatment.
This trial is for adults (18+) who have recently been diagnosed with high-risk B-cell ALL that is currently in remission. You must also have specific genetic markers in your leukemia cells to qualify.
You will receive obe-cel, a type of therapy that collects your own immune cells, modifies them to better fight cancer, and then puts them back into your body to target any remaining leukemia cells. You will be closely monitored by a medical team throughout the process to track your safety and progress.
