This trial is for people with colon or rectal cancer that has spread and has not responded to or received certain types of initial treatment. Participants must have a specific tumor profile (MSS/pMMR) and be healthy enough to perform daily activities.
You will receive a combination of experimental medications and standard chemotherapy drugs, and your health will be closely monitored through regular check-ups and imaging scans. You will also need to provide a tissue sample from your tumor for researchers to study.
