A Phase 1/1b Study Evaluating the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Efficacy of AMG 410 Alone and in Combination With Other Agents in Participants With KRAS Altered Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

This study is testing a new experimental drug called AMG 410 to see if it can safely treat advanced cancers that have a specific genetic change called a KRAS mutation. The goal is to find the right dose of the drug that helps fight these tumors while keeping side effects manageable for patients.

This trial is for adults whose cancer has spread or is advanced and carries a KRAS mutation. You may be a candidate if standard treatments are no longer working for you and you are generally healthy enough to handle daily activities.

You will be given the experimental drug, either alone or combined with other approved cancer treatments. Doctors will closely monitor your health to see how your body reacts to the medicine and determine the best dose for future patients.

The study is currently recruiting patients at locations in Duarte and Los Angeles, California, as well as Atlanta, Georgia. Because this is a clinical trial, you would need to visit these specific centers for your care and check-ups.
