An Open-Label, Multi-Drug, Multi-Centre, Phase II Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, Immunogenicity, and Antitumour Activity of Novel Combinations in Participants With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (LIBRA)

The LIBRA study is a research trial testing new ways to treat non-small cell lung cancer, which is a common type of lung cancer. By testing different combinations of advanced medicines, researchers hope to find more effective ways to help the immune system fight the cancer or stop it from growing.

This study is for adults 18 and older with advanced or metastatic lung cancer who are still active and generally well enough to perform daily tasks. You will need to have healthy organ function and tumors that doctors can clearly track on scans to see how you respond to the treatment.

Participants will receive a combination of specialized medications—such as immunotherapy or targeted therapies—and be closely monitored by a medical team. Doctors will track how your body responds to the treatment and ensure your safety throughout the process.

The study is currently recruiting patients at various locations, including centers in Santa Monica, Santa Rosa, and Atlanta. It is an international study involving many medical centers worldwide.
