IZABRIGHT-Lung01: A Randomized, Open-label, Phase 2/3 Study of Izalontamab Brengitecan (BMS-986507) Versus Platinum-based Chemotherapy in Patients With EGFR-mutated Non-small Cell Lung Cancer and Disease Progression on EGFR Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor Therapy

This study is testing a new experimental drug called Iza-bren to see if it works better than standard chemotherapy for patients with a specific type of lung cancer. It is designed for people whose cancer has continued to grow even after trying targeted therapy medicines.

You may be eligible if you have non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer with an EGFR genetic mutation that has progressed while on targeted therapy. You must also be generally healthy enough to receive standard chemotherapy treatment.

Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the new experimental drug or a standard combination of chemotherapy medications. Throughout the study, doctors will monitor your health closely to see how your body responds to the treatment.

The study is currently recruiting volunteers at medical centers in Irvine and Orange, California, as well as Edwards, Colorado. Since it is a Phase 2/3 trial, it is actively looking for participants to help gather important data.
