A Phase 1/2 Trial of TER-2013 in Patients With Solid Tumors Harboring AKT/PI3K/PTEN Pathway Alterations

This study is testing a new medication called TER-2013 to see how well it treats various advanced solid tumors, including breast, ovarian, and lung cancers. It specifically focuses on cancers with certain genetic changes in the AKT/PI3K/PTEN pathway, which are proteins that can cause cancer cells to grow uncontrollably.

Who can participate?

You may be eligible if you have advanced cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery and is no longer responding to standard treatments. You must also be physically active and have healthy organ function to safely take the medication.

What will happen?

Participants will receive the experimental drug TER-2013, sometimes in combination with a hormone-blocking medication called Fulvestrant. Throughout the study, doctors will closely monitor your health, how your body processes the medicine, and how your tumor responds to the treatment.
