A Phase 2/3 Open Label Randomized Study of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan, Monotherapy or in Combination With Osimertinib, Compared to Standard of Care in Subjects With Locally Advanced or Metastatic EGFR-Mutated Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer After Progression on a Third-Generation EGFR TKI - AndroMETa-Lung-713

This study is testing a new experimental medication to see if it works better than standard treatments for people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer. It aims to help patients whose cancer has continued to grow despite previous targeted therapy.

You may be eligible if you have non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer with a specific genetic change (EGFR mutation) that has progressed after treatment with a third-generation targeted therapy. You must also be able to perform daily activities and have a tumor sample available for testing.

Participants will receive either the new study drug alone, the study drug combined with a targeted therapy, or the standard care treatment. You will visit the clinic regularly for check-ups, blood tests, and scans so doctors can carefully monitor your health and how the treatment is working.

The study is currently recruiting at various locations, including Springdale, Arkansas, and Duarte and Irvine, California. It is a long-term study expected to last for several years.
