An Open-Label, Multicenter, Phase 1 Trial to Evaluate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Anti-Tumor Activity of TLN-372 as a Single Agent and in Combination With Other Anti-Tumor Agents, in Patients With Advanced KRAS Mutant Solid Tumors

This study is testing a new experimental medicine called TLN-372 to see if it can safely and effectively treat advanced cancers that have a specific genetic change known as a 'KRAS mutation.' By testing this medicine alone or with other known cancer treatments, researchers hope to find better ways to stop tumor growth.

This trial is for adults with advanced, KRAS-mutated solid tumors that are measurable on medical scans. You must be active enough to handle daily tasks and have healthy liver, kidney, and bone marrow function to be eligible.

Participants will receive the study medication, either by itself or paired with other standard cancer treatments. Throughout the study, doctors will closely monitor your health to see how your body reacts to the medicine and how well it helps fight the cancer.
