A Study of Open-label Orally Administered JBI-802 Alone or in Combination With Pembrolizumab in Patients With Advanced NSCLC Tumors Harboring an STK11 Mutation

This study is testing a new experimental medication called JBI-802, both on its own and combined with an existing immunotherapy drug called Pembrolizumab. The goal is to see how well these treatments work and how safe they are for people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer.

This trial is for adults (18+) with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that carries a specific genetic change known as an STK11 mutation. Participants must also meet certain health requirements regarding their blood cell counts and liver function to ensure they are safe to receive the treatment.

Participants will receive the study medication orally and may also receive Pembrolizumab. You will be closely monitored by the medical team to see how your body reacts to the treatment and to ensure your safety throughout the process.

The study is currently recruiting new participants and is being conducted in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is a Phase 2 trial, which means researchers have already done initial safety testing and are now looking more closely at how effective the treatment is.
