A Randomized, Open-label, Phase 2b Study to Compare the Efficacy of DSP107 in Combination With Atezolizumab Versus Fruquintinib in Patients With Advanced Microsatellite Stable Colorectal Cancer
This study is testing a new drug combination to see if it works better than current treatments for people with advanced colorectal cancer. The goal is to help the immune system better recognize and fight cancer cells that have been difficult to treat in the past.
You may be eligible if you are 18 or older and have a specific type of colorectal cancer known as 'MSS' that has continued to grow after previous treatments. You must also have tumors that doctors can clearly measure on medical scans.
You will be randomly assigned to receive either the new drug combination or a standard targeted therapy. The research team will regularly monitor your health through check-ups and scans to see how your body responds to the treatment and to ensure your safety.
