A Phase 1, Open-Label, Multicenter Study to Assess Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, and Efficacy of MK-4716 as Monotherapy and as Part of Combination Therapy in Participants With KRAS-Altered Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

This study is testing a new medication called MK-4716, either by itself or combined with other cancer treatments, in people with advanced solid tumors. Researchers want to find out if this experimental drug is safe and well-tolerated by patients.

You might be able to join if you have a solid tumor cancer that has spread, carries a specific genetic mutation called KRAS, and you have already tried at least one prior treatment. There are some health rules, such as not having certain immune system issues or recent steroid use.

Participants will receive the study drug MK-4716, and some may also receive other approved treatments like pembrolizumab or cetuximab. Your health and safety will be closely monitored by the study team throughout the process.

This study is currently recruiting participants at locations in New Brunswick, New Jersey; Irving, Texas; and Fairfax, Virginia.
