A Multi-center, Open-label, Phase I Study Evaluating the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics and Anti-tumor Activity of AN9025 in Participants With Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors Harboring RAS Mutations

This study is testing a new medication called AN9025 to see how safe it is for people with solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called a 'RAS mutation.' The goal is to find the right dose for patients and see if this new treatment can help slow down or stop cancer growth.

This study is for adults 18 and older who have advanced or spreading cancer that hasn't responded well to standard treatments. You must be able to manage your daily activities independently and have a specific genetic mutation identified by your medical team.

You will take the study drug by mouth as a daily or weekly capsule and return to the clinic for regular check-ups, blood tests, and scans to monitor your health. You will continue this treatment as long as it is working for you and you are feeling well enough to stay in the study.

This study is currently recruiting new participants at medical centers in Orlando, FL; Tampa, FL; and Houston, TX. It is a Phase 1 study, which means it is in the early stages of testing this new treatment in people.
