Adults 18 and older with advanced lung cancer that has spread, returned, or cannot be treated with surgery can join. Participants should not have certain gene mutations like EGFR or ALK, and must meet specific health and treatment history requirements.
Participants will receive the study medications, which include an experimental drug and an immunotherapy treatment. Throughout the study, doctors will monitor your health using imaging scans like CT and MRI, and collect routine blood and tissue samples.
