A Phase 2 Open-Label, Multi-Center Study of BMS-986504 as Monotherapy and in Combination With Other Agents in Participants With Advanced and/or Metastatic Solid Tumors With Homozygous MTAP Deletion

This study is testing a new experimental drug, BMS-986504, to see if it can safely and effectively treat advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called an MTAP deletion. By testing this drug alone and in combination with other proven cancer treatments, researchers hope to find new ways to stop cancer growth in patients who need more options.

Who can participate?

This trial is for adults with advanced or spreading solid tumors—such as lung, breast, or colon cancer—that have been confirmed to have the MTAP gene deletion. You must be generally active, have stable organ function, and have either not yet received systemic cancer treatment or seen your cancer grow despite standard treatments.

What will happen?

Participants will receive either the new drug alone or in combination with other treatments like chemotherapy or immunotherapy. You will undergo regular medical check-ups and imaging scans to monitor your health and see how your tumor responds to the treatment.

Where and when?

The study will take place at research centers in San Francisco, CA; Aurora, CO; and Tampa, FL. It is currently in the planning stages and is not yet open to enroll new participants.
