A Phase 3, Randomized, Placebo-Controlled Study of Adjuvant Intismeran Autogene Plus Subcutaneous Pembrolizumab and Berahyaluronidase Alfa (MK-3475A) or Intismeran Autogene Monotherapy Versus Placebo in Participants With Completely Resected High-Risk Stage I Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (INTerpath-014)

This study is testing special immune-boosting treatments to see if they can prevent early-stage lung cancer from returning after surgery. Researchers want to help your body's own immune system recognize and fight off any remaining cancer cells.

You may be able to join if you have had surgery to completely remove a high-risk Stage I non-small cell lung cancer tumor and have not received prior chemotherapy or radiation. Participants must also be able to provide a tissue sample from their surgery and a blood sample.

During the study, you will receive either the trial medications or a dummy treatment called a placebo to compare the results. The study medicines include a personalized cancer vaccine and an immunotherapy drug given under the skin to help your immune system.

This study is currently recruiting participants at multiple locations across the United States, including cities in California, Colorado, and Connecticut.
