A Phase 3, Randomized, Placebo-Controlled Study of Adjuvant Intismeran Autogene Plus Subcutaneous Pembrolizumab and Berahyaluronidase Alfa (MK-3475A) or Intismeran Autogene Monotherapy Versus Placebo in Participants With Completely Resected High-Risk Stage I Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (INTerpath-014)

This study is testing new treatments to see if they can help stop early-stage lung cancer from returning after it has been surgically removed. By using therapies that train your immune system to fight cancer, researchers hope to improve long-term health outcomes for patients.

This trial is for people who have recently had surgery for high-risk, Stage I non-small cell lung cancer. You must not have received other cancer treatments like chemotherapy or radiation, and you must be willing to provide tissue and blood samples for the study.

Participants will be assigned to receive either the experimental immune-boosting medicine, a combination therapy, or a placebo (a treatment with no medicine). You will be closely monitored by a healthcare team to see how your body responds to the treatment and to ensure your safety.
