This trial is open to adults 18 and older who have been diagnosed with a recurring or progressive high-grade glioma. Participants must be able to handle daily self-care activities and have a life expectancy of at least four weeks, while also not currently using certain medications like bevacizumab.
You will have some of your own immune cells collected, which will be modified in a lab and then returned to you through a small, flexible tube placed in your brain. Throughout the study, you will have regular check-ups, including heart ultrasounds, brain scans, and blood tests to monitor your health and how well the treatment is working.
This study is currently recruiting participants and is taking place at a clinical center in Duarte, California.
