A First-in-human Study of RLY-8161 for Treatment of Advanced NRAS-Mutant Melanoma and Other Solid Tumors
This study is testing a new experimental drug called RLY-8161 for people with advanced skin cancer and other solid tumors. It is designed to target specific changes in the NRAS gene that help cancer grow, with the goal of finding a safe and effective new treatment option.
You may be able to join if you have advanced skin cancer or another solid tumor with a confirmed NRAS gene change where standard treatments have not worked. Participants must also be able to carry out their normal daily activities.
As a participant, you will receive the investigational medication RLY-8161 and have your health closely monitored with regular scans and check-ups. The study team will track how your body responds to the drug and check for any side effects.
This study is currently recruiting patients at multiple medical centers, including locations in Los Angeles and San Francisco, California, as well as Aurora, Colorado.
