FORTRAS: Phase I, Investigator Initiated, Dose-escalation Clinical Trial Evaluating a CD8 Alpha/Beta Armored RAS G12D/HLA-A*11:01-specific T-cell Receptor Therapy (MSK-TCR5) in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors
This study is testing a new type of immunotherapy called MSK-TCR5 for people with advanced solid tumors. Researchers want to see if this treatment, which uses modified immune cells to target specific cancer mutations, is safe and well-tolerated.
You may be able to join if you are 18 or older, have advanced solid tumor cancer with a specific RAS G12D genetic mutation, and carry the HLA-A*11:01 gene marker. Standard treatments must have already been tried or are not available for your situation.
Participants will receive the investigational MSK-TCR5 therapy and will be closely monitored by the medical team for safety and effectiveness. Your doctors will guide you through all the necessary check-ups and follow-up visits.
